What we store, and why

solomonrewards.gg (“Solomon Rewards”, “we”) is the rewards site of the streamer Solomon. It is not a casino and does not take deposits or bets. It exists to run the leaderboards, raffles, giveaways and bonuses offered to players who use the code SOLOMON on our sponsored operators. To do that we keep the data below. We do not sell it and we do not run advertising trackers.

Your account

You sign in with Kick. From Kick we receive and keep:

• Your Kick user ID, username and profile picture, and the date your Kick account was created.
• The email address on your Kick account, as returned by Kick when you sign in. We use it only to contact you about rewards, verification or problems with your account.
• When you first signed in and when you were last on the site.

Your profile and linked accounts

• A nickname, if you set one.
• The usernames you give us for the operators you play on, so we can check that you play under the code and credit your rewards.
• Your Discord ID, username and avatar, if you link Discord to take part in Discord-based raffles and giveaways.

Rewards activity

• Your SoloCoins balance and the history of how you earned and spent them, including shop orders and daily claims.
• Your raffle tickets and entries, giveaway entries, milestone claims and VIP case or key records.
• Your challenge claims: the bet link and operator username you send with a claim, and what was decided.
• Support tickets and the messages you send us.
• A record of rewards and tips paid out, with the recipient username, the amount and the date.

Data from sponsored operators

The operators we partner with can change at any time; the current ones are the ones shown on the leaderboards. Each of them shares affiliate data with us about accounts registered under the code SOLOMON: the operator username and the wager measure that operator uses (for example weighted wager, XP or coins) for the leaderboard period. We use this to build the leaderboards and to verify eligibility. We never receive your operator password, balance or payment details.

Stream chat

When a raffle, giveaway or command runs on stream, our bot reads the Kick chat of Solomon’s channel and records the usernames (and the matching message) of people who enter or use a command. Nothing else from chat is stored.

Technical data

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short time to keep the site running and secure. The site is hosted on Vercel and its database is hosted by a managed database provider; both act only on our instructions.

Who we share it with

• Sponsored operators: your operator username, so they can confirm your account is under code SOLOMON. In return they send us the wager data described above.
• Kick and Discord: only what is needed for signing in or linking, under their own privacy policies.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the data for us.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Raffle, giveaway and payout records are kept so results can be audited. If you want your account and data deleted, open a ticket on Discord from the Kick account concerned and we will delete what we are not required to keep within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can unlink Discord or change your nickname and operator usernames yourself from the site. Contact us through the support channel on Discord. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Age

The site and the rewards programme are for adults only. If you are under 18, or under the legal gambling age where you live, do not use the site.
